Since more than 30 years Henniges is primary developer and supplier of profiles to the automotive industry. State of the art extrusion lines guarantee the manufacture of high quality profiles. Four extrusion lines are available for the production of 1 – 3 rubber components profiles with metal inlays. These lines are also capable of producing various EPDM-specifications, including soft-, hard- and sponge rubber with the option of solvent free lacquer coating and various tape applications.

TPE profiles can be produced on a line for plastic extrusion. The production of colored, water foamed and chemically foamed profiles is included.
